July 1, 2012 Newsletter
Greetings to all PDI and DCI Warriors
Welcome to this July 2012 PD Institute newsletter.
It has been a few months since I have used the popular format of presenting a simple exchange of blended emails between one of your PD brothers and me. For those of you who are part of our DCI readership, please simply apply the ideas expressed here about Peyronie’s treatment and dosage to what you are doing for your Dupuytren’s contracture.
Please read this combined email that you find below like a back-and-forth discussion between two people talking. You will see how I occasionally interrupt the writer to make offer an important point or answer a question. To understand the flow of the conversation, keep in mind that the text in black is from EBXXXX and the text in red is from me.
Because we all use SPAM filters on our emails, I had to edit the content of this email from EBXXXXXX. He naturally and appropriately uses the word P_ _ _ S in his email to me to discuss that part of this body. If I used that word a few times in this newsletter as he does in his email, all of your SPAM filters would reject this newsletter to your junk folder. To avoid this problem, I have substituted the word SHAFT for this other word so that no one will have a problem receiving this issue of the newsletter.

Dear Sirs
I have peyronies disease now since I discovered I was getting a bent SHAFT since November last year. My doctor prescribed potaba but it has done nothing in almost 4 months of treatment and in fact it seems to have got worse. I hear that same story about non-response to POTABA very often. I think the MDs prescribe it because they are desperate to find something to use, not because it gets such great results. Most men cannot stand to use POTABA for very long since it causes such great abdominal discomfort; it seems many men stop using POTABA after a few weeks. I know you are dedicated to your recovery if you have gone through that kind of problem for four months and have no changes or improvement to show for your efforts. I also am taking vitamin e and c but again it has done nothing. By themselves vitamins E and C are not going to make much change in the PD plaque. But then again all the nutritional products we advise to use are not going to help you if they are used as a solo therapy. They must be used in combination for them to be effective; that is the basic idea of what the PDI and DCI treatment principle is all about – a well balanced combination of diverse therapies used aggressively while monitoring the PD scar (or DC nodule/cord/finger range of motion) while treating yourself to increase recovery. Even if you are using the correct treatment concept you must be using the correct high quality vitamin products in the correct way in order for it to do any good for you. Most men who go about using their own design of a Peyronie’s treatment and pick up any kind of therapy items from their usual source of vitamins get little help, since this is a complicated subject and the therapies must be top notch to do any good. Not all vitamin E products are created equal, and many vitamin, mineral or enzyme products are not what they say they are. If you are using an inferior grade product without knowing it, you will not get good results with a problem as difficult and complicated as Peyronie’s disease. My SHAFT is bending sideways and upwards and seems to have an indent underneath at the head of the SHAFT. All very upsetting psychologically also. I understand completely.
I found your web site and read your treatment options but it says you do not guarantee any of the treatment? How can I trust your operation if you do not offer a guarantee? Who do you know in the healthcare field who offers a guarantee for any procedure or therapy? Aspirin makers do not guarantee anything, no blood pressure or cholesterol medication manufacturer can guarantees results, no guarantee comes with Viagra, and certainly no surgeon guarantees even the most minor surgery. Why are you expecting a guarantee from me when no one else can or does?
Within the world of Peyronie’s disease treatment I seem to notice most often a guarantee attached to ads and promotions for single remedy products that are sold by overseas companies. To keep myself informed about these products and to determine if there might be anything to their claims, I have on several occasions attempted to contact these companies that “guarantee” results. Never have I had any success in having a single one of these companies return a phone call or answer an email inquiring about their products. This, in my opinion, speaks volumes about the worth and credibility of any guarantee from companies that offer such a promise. I think the informed buyer had certainly beware meaningless and silly guarantees for treatment results for a condition so difficult to treat as Peyronie’s disease.
Talk to anyone who has bought the “special herbal” Peyronie’s treatments, that go by the names Peyrotin and Peyreton, that are advertised frequently in the Google searches. These two products for Peyronie’s disease come with the 90 day money back guarantee. Those who place an order will get herbs that come from Pakistan or somewhere in the Middle East, which should make you a bit worried before you take them. When the pills are gone and the herbal Peyronie’s treatment has done nothing to help your PD you will not hear back from the people who sold them to you when you ask for your refund. I know, I have tried. I bought their products and asked for a refund from each company, and never received a response. I have tried many times to communicate with these people and they never respond to any question or request. So much for a guarantee.
I also looked at your 3 treatment options and wondered how long each option lasts and how long each option lasts in terms of taking them daily or as prescribed by you? I do not make any prescription. The process does not work like that. I suggest that everyone starts treatment using the suggested dosage provided by each manufacturer, and work up from that point if no changes occur in the size, shape, density or surface features of the PD scars. Each man works out his own dosage based on how his body responds to treatment. Does each pack you order last how long> 1 month, 2, 3 or 6 months etc? The various therapy products each last for a variable time. Some bottles have 60 capsules while others have 90, 100, 120, 180 or even 250. Each bottle lasts a different amount of time based on rate of usage and size of the bottle. No therapy plan should be put together so that all bottles are emptied at the same time. You need to read the PDI site a bit more to understand how you go about using the concepts for Peyronie’s disease treatment found here. How long do you have to take the stuff as your blog from testimonials does not state how long it takes? Peyronie’s disease is a very difficult and stubborn problem to treat successfully. In order to make any level of correction of the problem requires that a man be prepared to spend time and effort to build up his inner strength – his immune response to the PD scar material – to correct his problem. That is a key idea to understand how to go about treating PD – you are treating yourself to cure the problem.
From my own experience dealing with many hundreds and hundreds of men who have successfully made changes in their PD while aggressively using a well-designed therapy plan, tissue changes begin to occur usually in the 6th to 8th week (some sooner and some later) when the plan has been increased a little bit after the 2nd to 4th week of active therapy. The PDI treatment concept is not to pop a bunch of pills and hope something good happens. Effective therapy requires work and commitment. You must be prepared to be involved in your treatment, by actively managing it and by being in total control of how you alter your plan to increase your ability to heal and repair the foreign fibrous tissue. The PDI treatment concept is to slowly and aggressively increase therapy intake while monitoring for changes in the size, shape, density and surface features of the Peyronie’s plaque. Guessing and hoping are not what we do. You will know very soon after treatment starts when your tissue begins to change because you should be an expert in knowing everything about the physical structure of your PD scar.
It is not possible to tell you how to successfully treat your PD based on the limited information you have presented to me; even if you gave more details, it is still something a man has to determine for himself based on how his scar responds to treatment, based on changes in the size, shape, density and surface features of the scar. This is another key concept. A successful treatment plan is developed over time using trial and error. A successful treatment plan is determined by careful observation of what works and doesn’t work for you – and your scar will guide you and tell you what it takes to reduce it. But you first must know the size, shape, density and surface features of your scar and you must be monitoring these stgructural aspects while you continue your effort to increase your healing ability.
Treatment for Peyronie’s disease can begin with any of the plans you see presented in the PDI site. Progress will tend to be faster and more dependable with a plan that is larger and more aggressive than one that is smaller and more conservative. Most people tend to use a plan that is as large and diverse as they can continue for at least a few months. During this time the size, shape, density and surface features of the scars are monitored for reduction and improvement in response to a slow and gradual increase of the dosage of the therapy plan you have selected.
You should keep in mind that any of the suggested sample plans you see on the website can be modified as you decide by being made smaller or larger. In other words, you can change any plan to suit your ideas, with the idea in mind that success is directly and proportionately related to how much is done to recover from this problem.
Most people start with the medium size plan and if not successful after 10-14 days in making a small reduction in the scar structure, they will add a little therapy to their plan, slowly and gradually, until they notice progress and correction taking place in the scar. Can you see how this is a not-guessing process; how you are in constant control of a very aggressive effort against the foreign plaque tissue?
Probably the best page to direct you is Peyronie’s treatment help starts here. This will get you pointed in the right direction.
As you can tell from the length and detail of this response, PDI is here to make a real difference with your problem and we have information you will not find anywhere else. If you want some help and ideas that you are not now getting, I would be pleased to help you along. However, be aware that my knowledge and experience in treating PD with Alternative Medicine is exclusive to the specific therapies you will find on the PDI website. These are the therapies in which I have over ten years experience successfully working with probably close to a thousand men to improve their PD. My expertise is with these specific products that were selected because of their ability to influence the PD scar in a favorable way. I have found that use of other therapy products is not as successful. For this reason I limit my discussion of therapy to what I know best.
I have a question about Neprinol. Since it will flush toxins out of my system I could have diarrhea at first right but it won't continue forever while I'm taking Neprinol, right? Exactly; the diarrhea is temporary and lasts only as long as it takes the body to get accustomed to the toxins that are being removed from the tissue. The fact is, some men never do get any diarrhea at all, while others have to deal with it for a week or two. No matter how bad it might be, it is always controllable and manageable. Let’s say you have a lot of toxins that must be flushed out that result in a significant diarrhea situation, all you must do is reduce your Neprinol dosage back so that you slow down the process of toxin elimination to a level it is manageable for your situation.
Maybe you can help and do you ship to the UK and how long does this take and is there a problem with customs etc? We ship to the UK many times a week, and have done so for over 10 years. From the top of the PDI store front page you can see that we ship internationally, to all countries that allow outside therapy to enter.
Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you. Please email me any questions you might have about treatment of PD with Alternative Medicine, I will be happy to help you in any way that I can. TRH
