Ultrasound unit – 3MHz

Ultrasound treatment for Peyronie’s disease and Dupuytren’s contracture

3MHz – Model HS-3040 – Belllaire Industry

• Only portable 3MHz ultrasound machine with stainless steel sound head
• Only portable 3MHz ultrasound machine with FDA 510K clearance  for medical use
• Delivers dependable 3MHz (3 million waves per second) frequency that is ideal for treatment of Peyronie’s disease or Dupuytren’s contracture problem, rather than 1MHz frequency that is preferred for deeper tissue, arthritis and large joint treatment – the 3MHz unit will deliver the needed therapeutic energy where it is needed; a 1MHz machine cannot do what is needed for PD and DC
• Select either continuous or pulsed setting
• Lightweight
• Durable
• Portable
• Two different power settings available:
• U.S.A. – 24V DC, and 110V AC
• International standard settings – 24V DC, and 230V AC

Practically all US machines sold on the internet are 1MHz units; they are so popular and common because they are designed to treat deep tissue joint pain that is covered with many layers of heavy tissue (knees, hips, shoulders), whiplash neck injury, most kinds of arthritis, and heavy muscle pain problems.  But the 1MHz size machine is not ideal for PD and DC.

Peyronie’s disease and Dupuytren’s contracture are relatively superficial soft tissue problems, much closer to the surface of the body.  For this reason the 1MHz machines penetrate too deeply to be most effective for tissue problems that are close to the skin surface like Peyronie’s disease and Dupuytren’s contracture. For this reason any US machine used to treat Dupuytrens and Peyronies must have a particular frequency range to keep the therapeutic effect closer to the skin surface where the PD and DC problems are located. This is where the 3MHz US machines come in. The 3 MHz units are designed to be used for superficial tissue problems and cosmetic problems like facial wrinkles and skin discoloration.

Ultrasound has three primary benefits that can be helpful to Peyronie’s disease.

  1. Speeding up of the healing process from the increase in blood flow in the treated area.
  2. Decrease in pain from the reduction of swelling and edema.
  3. Gentle massage of the area of scar formation to soften scar tissue.

These benefits are achieved by the thermal and non-thermal vibration and cavitation effects of ultrasound that stimulate repair of cell membranes.

This ultrasound machine is a medical device intended for use only under direct medical approval and supervision.  Please discuss the use of ultrasound therapy in the treatment of your Peyronie’s disease with your medical doctor in regard to appropriateness, technique, safety, and intended results. Please get your doctor’s approval before ordering.  Online Natural Healthcare LLC and Dr. Herazy will assume you have talked to your doctor and gotten approval for ultrasound treatment to be used in your case, or you will not order this medical device.

Contact or coupling gel is needed to treat with ultrasound.  Mineral oil or ultrasound coupling gel can be used, but for PD and DC the best is DMSO gel because it delivers other therapeutic benefits.  If you haven’t used DMSO previously, click HERE to learn more.

To get the most out of your ultrasound therapy, add a bottle with your order.

Bromelain 5000 – 60 capsules

Bromelain is a powerful proteolytic (protein digesting) enzyme that is found in the lower stem and the fruit of the common pineapple plant.

Of special interest to those with Peyronie’s disease, bromelain is sometimes used because it is very effective to debride (remove dead and damaged tissue) from third-degree burns and frostbite injuries.  In this way it breaks down damaged protein molecules as are found in wounds as well as in the scar tissue of Peyronie’s disease.  Bromelain when used to debride  injured tissue will speed healing and reduce chance of infection. Bromelain has been used successfully to treat a large number of disorders including cardiovascular disease, joint disease, upper respiratory tract infection, and Peyronie’s disease.

The essential benefit of bromelain to assist reversal of Peyronie’s disease is due to affect on the protein known as collagen, the primary material found in all scar tissue. Of several protein-digesting enzymes that are active in the body, bromelain is most effective at stimulating production of collagenase – the enzyme that breaks the peptide bonds of collagen and thus dissolves scar tissue.  Using bromelain as an essential part of your Peyronie’s treatment plan may slow or reverse the plaque or scar buildup that causes a curved penis to develop.

Douglas Laboratories Bromelain 5000 supplies 5,000 m.c.u (milk clotting units) of enzyme activity in each capsule. Milk clotting units are a unit of measure of enzymatic activity. This is a level of bromelain enzyme activity much higher than other commercial sources.

It is best known for its ability to assist general digestion of protein-based foods and for its anti-inflammatory effects that reduce the effects of soft tissue injury and edema. It does this by reducing the production of pro-inflammatory prostaglandins via modulating what is called the arachidonate cascade.  Bromelain also acts to help prevent allergens from crossing the gastrointestinal tract, and assists in the breakdown of large macromolecular protein complexes.

This enzyme is used in Alternative Medicine because it has a strong reputation for function of the respiratory, gastrointestinal, vascular and musculoskeletal systems by way of its anti-inflammatory ability.  As examples, bromelain decreases bronchial secretions in patients with upper respiratory infections, heals gastric ulcers, increases digestive breakdown of proteins, reduces plaque buildup in arteries and reduces joint inflammation caused by trauma, osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis, and sciatica.  It also accelerates the action of antibiotics and many chemotherapy drugs, as well as acting as an antiviral agent for AIDS treatment.

Bromelain is generally very safe to use, although it can cause temporary side effects such as diarrhea and gastric discomfort to occur. It may also interfere with certain antibiotics and blood clotting medications. It is, therefore, important to talk to your doctor before using bromelain to treat Peyronie’s disease.
